Terms of Service

By accessing or using AgentVet.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

"User Content" includes reviews, ratings, agent submissions, comments, and any other material you post. You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting, you grant AgentVet.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Service. You represent and warrant that: • You own or have the necessary rights to post the content • Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights • Your content is accurate, not misleading, and does not violate applicable law We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our sole discretion, without notice or liability.

You agree not to: • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews or agent listings • Impersonate another person or entity • Upload malicious code, viruses, or malware • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without authorization • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users • Manipulate ratings, reviews, or search results • Promote competing services through reviews or listings • Violate our Community Guidelines Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, legal action.

AgentVet.ai respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on our Service infringes your copyright, submit a DMCA takedown notice to legal@agentvet.ai including: • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed • Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Service • Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email) • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner • Your physical or electronic signature Counter-notices may be filed if you believe content was removed in error. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, AI agents, and tools. These are provided for convenience only. AgentVet.ai does not: • Endorse or guarantee any third-party product, service, or AI agent listed on the platform • Accept responsibility for the accuracy, safety, or legality of third-party offerings • Assume liability for any damages arising from your use of third-party services Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. AgentVet.ai specifically disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that: • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure • Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable • Any defects or errors will be corrected • Reviews and ratings reflect an objective or complete assessment of any AI agent User-generated reviews and ratings represent individual opinions and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTVET.AI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill • Service interruption or computer damage • Cost of substitute goods or services • Any damages arising from User Content or third-party services IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AGENTVET.AI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AgentVet.ai and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: • Your use of the Service • Your User Content • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. For claims under $10,000 USD, arbitration may be conducted online or by phone.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination: • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately • We may delete your account and User Content • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive (including ownership, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability) You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
